Mandla is 100% Black owned and driven, and is considered as one of the pioneers in terms of Black Empowerment strategies and job creation with unwavering focus on excellent and cost effective service as the uppermost priority. In order to maintain and enhance our growth, and unequaled competencies, we instituted research that led us to uncover and engage a team of experts with extensive international security experience.
Multiple disciplines from Specialized Electronic Consultancy to Emergency Planning offer the client a single point solution.

Chief Executive Officer - Mr. Godfrey Dlamini   

Successfully completed a Business Management Course at the University ofSouthAfrica.

Currently studying towards the qualification of Master of Business Administration.
Obtained Diploma in Security Management from Damelin Management School. Successfully completed intelligence Officers Course.

Mr. Dlamini 's track record in the Securitylndustry is impressive. Prior to establishing the Mandla Group, he had held both Management and Senior Management positions in leading security companies such as Baron security Company.

Mr. Dlamini has acted as Business Consultant to the Premier Milling Group, where he was tasked with a highlysuccessful project to establish and train 40 previously disadvantaged entrepreneurs with responsibility for container bakeries in various townships across Gauteng.  


This country is experiencing on a daily basis a high rate of unemployment. Due to lack ofjobs and lack of means for the inhabitants to provide their dear-ones with food or clothing, the rate ofcrime became an alternative.
As law — abiding citizens, "Mandla Security Services " was born. The company was solely established with the aim of creating jobs to the unemployed and to try and help the government in reducing crime in order to offer South Africa the highest standard of intergrated security systems that are cost effective, consistent and ofworld-class quality.
Thorough scrutiny and an in-depth investigation were launched and the process of selecting the best candidates for the job was channeled to the professionals.
Our experience, expertise and strategic Management Vision, coupled with a dedicated driven and highly competent workforce, ensures you the client timely delivery of proficient service excellence.
